How your score works

1

Measure

On-device computer vision finds your neck at the larynx line — where a tape measure goes — and measures it against your jaw. Deterministic geometry, not vibes.

2

Score

Three independent AI passes grade SCM, traps and fullness against a fixed rubric. The median wins, so the same photo always scores the same.

3

Train

A leveled program targets your weakest link — 10 minutes, 3 times a week, every exercise video-guided. Rescan weekly and watch the number move.

Built like an instrument

Most rating apps are a vibe check. NeckScore separates measurement from judgment: the width ratio is computed with deterministic computer vision on your phone, and the muscle assessment is anchored to a fixed rubric with a median-of-three vote. If a photo can't be measured honestly — covered neck, bad light, too small — it's rejected, not guessed.

Training is equipment-aware (bodyweight, band, or harness), levels from Foundation to Loaded, and never includes exercises that load a bent cervical spine.

Questions

What is a Neck Score?

A 0–100 rating of neck muscle development, computed from a measured neck-to-jaw width ratio plus an AI assessment of SCM definition, trap development, and overall fullness. It rates muscle — never your face, never attractiveness.

Are my photos stored anywhere?

No. Photos live on your device. During scoring, a photo is transmitted securely, used only to produce the score, and immediately discarded — never stored, logged, or used for training.

How fast can my score go up?

The neck responds unusually fast to direct training. Consistent users typically see visible change in 3–6 weeks. Results vary with training age, genetics, and consistency.

Is it safe?

No wrestler's bridges, ever — nothing that stacks bodyweight on a bent cervical spine. Every exercise loads muscle, not vertebrae, and "any pain = stop" stays pinned in every session. NeckScore is informational, not medical advice.

How much does it cost?
