Scan tips

• Collar clear of the neck — tank top, or pull the collar down.
• Hair behind the shoulders, even front-facing light, no hard side shadows.
• Arm's-length selfie, eyes level with the lens, neck base on the guide line.
• If a photo is rejected, that's deliberate: NeckScore refuses to guess when the neck can't be measured honestly. The message tells you what to fix.

Manage or cancel your subscription

Subscriptions are handled by Apple. To manage, upgrade, or cancel: open Settings → your name (Apple ID) → Subscriptions → NeckScore. Cancelling keeps Pro active until the end of the paid period.

Restore purchases

Already subscribed but the app shows the paywall (new phone, reinstall)? Tap Restore at the bottom of the paywall while signed into the same Apple ID.

Refunds

Apple handles all payments and refunds. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Delete your data

Everything lives on your device. Use Settings → Delete All Data inside the app, or simply delete the app. There is no server-side copy to delete — see our Privacy Policy.

Safety

Stop any exercise immediately on sharp, radiating, or lingering pain. Soreness after a session is normal; pain during is not. NeckScore is informational and not a substitute for medical advice.
